1. Overview
This Vibeploy instance is self-hosted software. The operator of this instance controls the infrastructure, configuration, and data retention. This policy describes how data is handled by the software.
2. Data We Store
- Account data: name, email, role, and login history.
- Deployment data: application configurations, build logs, and deployment metadata.
- Telemetry: metrics, logs, and audit records generated by the platform.
- Secrets: encrypted at rest; plaintext is only materialized at runtime.
3. How Data Is Used
Data is used solely to operate the platform: authenticate users, run and monitor deployments, and provide audit trails. The software does not transmit your data to third parties.
4. Data Retention
Retention is controlled by the instance operator. Logs and metrics may be periodically cleaned up. Account data persists until you request deletion from the operator.
5. Security
Secrets are encrypted at rest. Sessions are cookie-based with configurable expiry. Access control is enforced per-team and per-resource. The operator is responsible for network and infrastructure security.
